I managed high visibility, complex projects to
improve business processes, upgrade/implement new
systems and create efficiencies for clients within
Ciber’s Consulting practice. As a PM, I created the
project plans, managed the project resources,

The exciting part of this position was that I had
the opportunity to partner with a broad team that
included, technical resources, business team
members, consultants, vendors and executive
stakeholders to identify opportunities for
improvement within the organization and actually
execute on those opportunities.

This is a volunteer elected position for the water
district that serves the community of Indian Hills,
Colorado.
The primary responsibility of the Board is the
oversight of the operations of the water district.
My role as treasurer of the board is to ensure the
accuracy of the financials of the District and to
oversee the annual budgeting process.

I managed (often simultaneous) selection and
implementation projects for Panorama’s clients. This
included facilitating planning sessions,
requirements gathering, coordinating demos, contract
negotiations, maintaining the relationship with the
client and setting proper project expectations with
stakeholders. My services also included Enterprise
Project Management–related blog contributions,
business development and recruiting project
resources. My most recent project involved managing
an Accounting/Financials implementation for a large
financial services client in the Midwest. I was
responsible for managing scope, budget,
deliverables, the project timeline and the
implementation resources to ensure a successful
go-live.

My focus with CHI was managing the
implementation/upgrade of the corporate financial
system rollout for some of the more than 80
hospitals system-wide in the CHI network. This
included centralizing AP and Asset Management
systems to conform to corporate criteria. My most
recent project was implementing the corporate
financial system at a large health care system
acquisition in Nebraska. Among my past projects with
CHI was the rollout of the corporate ERP system to
one of CHI’s largest health care systems, located in
the Northeast and implementing financial/accounting
systems to 11 CHI hospitals in Minnesota/North

Program Manager
I managed the community opening process for this
national homebuilder for over 50 projects. This
meant working with stakeholders to develop,
implement and manage a more efficient way to open
communities from land acquisition to home sales. To
accomplish this, I analyzed and documented existing
processes; reviewed the “human” interactions,
documented and prototyped various hand-offs and
created a scheduling template, complete with
appropriate dependencies. I facilitated workshops to
document process flows and coordinated with
programmers in the creation of a community tracking
database for the collection of all required data
points. The end result was streamlined process and
reduced cycle times from land identification through
the community opening.

negotiations, change management and implementation
of Enterprise system to include HR, Payroll,

gathering and deploying full JD Edwards financial

team from process analysis, requirements definition,
creating/issuing RFP and selection through
implementation. I interfaced with management,
consultants and vendors, evaluated proposals,
contract negotiations, scope of work and made
periodic presentations to elected officials.

I implemented, configured, designed and trained
clients on enterprise-wide Financial Applications.
As a key member of the implementation team, I
conducted requirements & scope definition sessions,
testing, Fit/GAP analysis and developed reporting
requirements. I participated in several full life
cycle Financial System implementations and upgrades
as well as provided production support and
interfacing with client contacts, sales reps and
partners. For a short time, I provided customer
support in PeopleSoft’s Global Support Center.
